Spacious, bright, comfortable

The suites at the Villa Boem each have two separate rooms, a bedroom with a double bed 160/200 and a living-room with a sofa-bed 140/200, a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining-area.
The bathrooms are very roomy; they all have bath-tubs and cosmetics.
The surface of a suite is of about 40 m2.

Useful information

• Smoking is not allowed inside the house, so we would kindly ask you to use the special smoking area on the outside terrace.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The full capacity of an apartment is that of two adults and two children.
• For children who check in in the same room with their parents, on the recliner sofa, there is an extra 50 lei charge.
• Coffee and tea are complimentary, as well as the water in the refrigerator.
• The grill from the terrace may be used upon request.
• Upon request, we can offer breakfast for the price of 30 lei/day.
• For the most enjoyable stay both for you as well as for the other guests, the common area may be used until 22:00 o’clock.
• On the day you leave, please check out of the room before 12:00. In case you need an extension of this schedule, please contact us in order to check for the availability.
• The local time is GTM+2
